Eligible non-hazardous general freight
General freight is one of Zen Freight LLC's registered cargo classifications. We review each commodity individually and do not advertise hazardous-material transportation or household-goods moving.
Palletized and packaged commodities
Palletized, crated, banded, and packaged freight is generally the most straightforward to plan, because weight and dimensions are known before dispatch. Tell us how the freight is packaged and whether it is stackable.
Spot loads and recurring lanes
We handle one-time spot shipments and are glad to discuss recurring freight where a lane repeats on a predictable schedule. Recurring volume lets us plan equipment ahead of time, which usually results in more consistent service.
Direct shipper and broker freight
Direct shippers, brokers, and 3PLs are all welcome. Brokers can request a carrier packet or send a load opportunity through the brokers page.
Pickup and delivery coordination
We confirm facility hours, appointment requirements, check-in procedures, and loading method before dispatch so the driver arrives ready to work.
